All skaters who have passed their basic rules and skating skills tests are eligible to be drafted into one of our Pirate City Rollers Home Teams.

Our home teams play each other throughout the course of our home team season within Auckland. The emphasis within our home team season is fun, camaraderie and development, but that doesn’t stop people getting competitive with the Black Dahlia Cup on the line!

What is the Black Daliah Cup?
Named after our founding member, the Black Dahlia Cup has an impressive history within Roller Derby and – to our knowledge – represents one of the oldest and longest running prizes (and competitions!) within NZ Flat Track Roller Derby. What else would you expect from the oldest league outside of North America?!
